NA and Viral RNA: Isolate mRNA with better reproducibility, yield, and specificity. RNA degradation is also reduced with MixSep technology, so that your sample integrity is conserved, and extractions are done in significantly less time.
Genomic DNA: MixSep lets you extract gDNA even from very small samples, and all this with less damage to the DNA due to reduced fluid shear. Figure 6 illustrates the possibility of isolating gDNA from whole blood, with detectable yields down to 4000 cells and from a mere 2000 cultured KG-1 cells.
